You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using our platform.

However, by using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your content solely to:

Improve our platform functionality
 

Train and refine our proprietary AI systems, as described in our Privacy Policy
 

We do not sell or publicly distribute your private content.

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
 

Use the platform to harass, spam, or impersonate others
 

Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform
 

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users who violate these rules.

All platform content, features, branding, and code (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Sequence Media & Marketing BV and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

The Services may include AI-generated scripts, assets, or analytics. You understand and agree that:

AI-generated content is provided “as-is”
 

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated output before using or publishing it
 

We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI content
 

You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
 

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
